Xiaomi Poco X3 Goes Official: Without NFC and Larger Battery Power

 

Indian brand Pocophone has officially launched its latest smartphone – Poco X3. It is a mid-range smartphone and continue to read for its specifications as well as price.

Xiaomi Poco X3 is available in India from INR 16,999 for 6GB RAM with 64GB ROM. Another two models are 6GB RAM with 128GB ROM and 8GB RAM with 128GB ROM that priced at INR 18,499 and INR 19,999 respectively. There are slight differences between X3 and X3 NFC as the latter comes with NFC support and slight smaller battery.

On the front, Poco X3 features a 6.67-inches display with 1080 x 2400 pixels (~395 ppi density). On the back, it has quad camera – 64MP f/1.9 wide main sensor alongside 13MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor and 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. Meanwhile, the front-facing camera is a 20MP f/2.2 punched-hole camera. The fingerprint sensor is a on the side power button.  

Under the hood, Poco X3 is powered by 8-core Snapdragon 732G processor and Adreno 618 GPU. The RAM options available are 6GB and 8GB while the storage are between 64GB and 128GB. The device also supports storage expansion via microSD card if the internal storage is insufficient.

Regarding the software, this 4G smartphone runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 10. Standard connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS are available as well. The connectors available on this device are 3.5mm audio jack port for earphone and USB Type-C port.

Back to the overall size of Poco X3, the dimensions are 165.3 x 76.8 x 9.4 mm. The weight is slightly above 200g at ~215g. Last but not least, this dual-SIM smartphone packs a decent sized, 6,000mAh non-removable battery. Poco X3 comes in multiple colors of choice for the consumer to choose from - Cobalt Blue, Shadow Gray.
